The firm
Built in Oklahoma City for public-sector work.
Rencrest Group is a privately held contractor and procurement firm. We exist to do government work the way it is supposed to be done: requirements that mean something, source selections that can be explained, and delivery that survives the receiving report.
The public market is full of firms that sell access, atmosphere, and a slide about “mission.” We sell a file and a result. If that sounds austere, it is. Public money deserves the quieter kind of firm.
From Oklahoma City we support federal, state, and local customers nationwide. Geography is a logistics problem. Discipline is the product.

How we decide
Four rules. They apply when we are the vendor and when we are the advisor.
The file is the work
If it is not in the file, it did not happen. We write for the auditor who was not in the room.
Say the cost of the option
Every path has a price in time, dollars, and protest risk. We put those on the table before you choose.
No theater
We do not decorate a weak buy with slides. We fix the buy, or we tell you it cannot be fixed on this schedule.
Stewardship
Public money is not a revenue line. We treat it that way whether we are the contractor or the advisor.
